Will I need to join a gym?
A gym membership is recommended unless you have access to these basic fitness items at home:
- Workout towel
- Exercise mat
- Stable training shoes
- Light to moderately heavy dumbbells ( ranging from 3-20 pounds) or resistance bands
- Jump rope
- Exercise bench and/ or aerobic step with several risers
- Stability ball
- Basic cardio equipment such as treadmills, stationary bike, rowing machine OR an outdoor area to complete track and stair workouts
