Wondering what’s for dinner tonight?
This recipe is my “go to” and is always a crowd pleaser. They’re great as a stand-alone protein source or served with marinara sauce and a side of pasta. Kids love them too!
Jacqui’s Italian Turkey Meatballs
(makes 4 servings)
Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
1 lb lean ground turkey
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs 1 egg
2 TBSP oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, and spices in a large mixing bowl shape into 1-oz. balls ( a bit smaller than a golf ball).
Place the meat balls on the baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the meat balls over and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
