When will the program take place?
The program runs for 8 weeks and will begin Monday, November 9th. The program concludes on Sunday, January 3rd.
Is Summer Body Boot Camp for beginners?
No. The Summer Body Boot Camp program is intense and ideal for women who have had some experience in the gym and resistance training and are looking to take their training to the next level, lose body fat and "dial in" their physique for summer and beyond.
Will I need to join a gym?
A gym membership is recommended for the Summer Body Boot Camp program. You will need access to cardio equipment and free weights, barbells, benches, stability balls, etc.
Is a meal plan included with the Summer Body Boot Camp Program?
A specific meal plan is not included with the program. Our goal is for you to learn how to create meals that meet your needs and not be chained to only a few foods. Jacqui will provide guidelines regarding calories and macronutrients to help you shed body fat while properly fueling your body for your workouts.

I'll be traveling for the holidays. Can I still participate in the program?
Absolutely! Many of the workouts require no equipment whatsoever, so you can still stay fit at home, on the road, at Aunt Edna's house, wherever you may be!
What if I'm not familiar with the exercises?
Demonstration videos of all exercises are available as part of the program in the Jacquifit.com member's area. And, of course if you have questions you may always email Jacqui and/or post your questions in the Facebook community.
Is Summer Body Boot Camp for Women Only?
Although the Summer Body Boot Camp program was created with women and mind, men will certainly benefit from every aspect of this program.
Will I receive support during the program?
Absolutely! Not only will you have access to Jacqui via email, you will have the support of the other awesome ladies in the program via the private Facebook community.
